Your junior's might get paid more than you, but you should train them and management team except to take more responsibility. You should work 32 days in a month. Suitable for a start of a carrier(Maximum 2 year's, company also except the same). Management not able provide a licence for basic software.

This is a wonderful company for fresher.high level training help them to built their carrier in very successful way. Very challenging task are need to complete in short span of time but it makes you more strong in your carrer path.

Poor work life balance and work culture. They will not follow proper documentations work.

Any clarification you may ask to management or HR Team, but we simply get "We will inform" and no more responses. High work pressure

Only benefits there is that you will get good and more experience in technology and development. say for example you work there for 2 years then you will get 5 years of experience skills compared to other company. and think about it, if you work 2 years night and day then u will get 5 years experience only.

No work life balance., Project manager is not technical person.
