Apart from salary & growth, everything is good about the organisation. You will be given ample room to perform. New ideas are welcomed here, though implementation is bit delayed.

HR policies could be much better. They revolve around top management, no efforts for employee retainment like offer matching. Employee engagement activities are nil.

Job security is no more of Contract base employees..... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent...

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent career growth is slow.... They give not job security and bonusOr not proper leave every year

Poor organizational system. Illiterate BODs. Headed by IAS , purely administrative and not technical. Organization totally runs on pollical interference.
