Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Internal politics as of other organisations also which may hamper your growth

Only compensation is good while joining, company overall culture is good, work life balance.

Dislikes

There is no job security and company is going through a rough patch from the past 3 years and it can anytime get selloff, revenues have dropped and top management is not transparent with employees and always speaks lies, the appraisal is not good, not on time, the bonus is not paid in full, always pushed forward, there is no career growth plan and fewer opportunities to grow, manager doesn't take employees feedback or appreciate them. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to grow in his/her skills and carrer.

Excellent company to work in, Excellent work life balance, The senior members treat you very well, no discrimination, you are appreciated for the work you have done. Overall a great Company.

The Salary benefits are comparatively lower than it's competitors

They pay you well and the culture is quite open to various aspects, as it should be.

Dislikes

The upper management will keep things hidden from the employees till the last moment. As a result everyone is in a frenzy and are looking for jobs right now. Very frequent layoffs.

...ransparency of work is there. You will get a decent hike as per market standard. Year end bonus is full. Work life balance is there but it will vary release to release. Colleagues and managers are easily approachable. Company overall maintain a good connection with employees. Hybrid work module is there. Flexible work hours. No strict durations of daily work.

Dislikes

Work life balance depends upon the team or product you're working. It will vary in situations. Sometimes releases are short but deliverables will be more. So you will get pressure. Some team management decision are made in US and controlled from there. Favoritism, partiality towards individual are there. So some situations you may feel upset, unsupported and disconnected. Work load balancing is not there. Managers need to make all efficient and maintain better ratio in head counts in different technologies. People, who are working less or get assigned less task due to average skills give good rating in work life balance. :-)
