Our company some applications & example LOS LMS (Customer App) every time to struck handled some difficulties. Example recent disbursement case & Renewal cases are Customer app not working properly.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafereria anf gaming arcade for chilling.Company pilicies are good,appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No career growth as well as salary.i am studied pg but I am only the slowest salary holder in the whole branch.persons who joined after me and only completing ug degree and also a fresher has high salary compare to me.please change the salary bases to the persons according to his education qualification.
