In case if they ask to leave then, say simply that you cannot pay or do not resign for getting more clarity/confirmation on that)

They define the policy but they dont follow none of them, when you are planning leave the organization, you will face the problem from management, you have beg for your last working date

Good work environment and culture. Teammate are very supportive and they have good salary hike and bonus every year... Its my first and best company

Not good for freshers Very less salary with 3 years bond Manager never support in any decision You need to seat on bench for longer period of time. They spoil the career intentionally if you try to leave the company before three years
