They will stop your salary, giving stupid reason such as business is not going well we never receive salary on time. Last month er received salary in installments. But they have money to send CEO to Phillipines, money to buy new office.
Little bit learning is something to look forward to. That’s all. Nothing else.

...TAT. This is exactly why no client account managers stay back for too long here. Salary is compromised and employees are not paid adequately, in proportion to the sheer amount of hardwork that they are expected and actually put in. And hardly any appreciation is given, which is certainly not in terms of a salary raise. They don’t allow work from home and hybrid work, as the management thinks that employees do timepass while working from home! Also, the employees eat food in the boardroom(yes, this is true) and the operations team eats in a rooms which is no less than a godown! Only 2 restrooms for 50+ people and passwords are frequently shared in gross violation of the so called ISMS training regularly imparted to employees! This is certainly not a company to join under any circumstances. There are too many technical problems in the tool which is used for the Background Verification, clients want the data in one format, but the download from the tool is in an altogether different format and employees are expected to give the data to clients in client approved format and if the data is for 1000+ or 500+ candidates’ background Verification, then God save the client account managers, because that work takes up hell lot of time and since no team is provided to client account managers, new joinees’ help used to be taken! Insufficiency clearing is another big problem! Client account managers are expected to do everything including all this and this is a thankless job and thankless organization to say the least. Absolutely no regard to the hardworking employees is the glaring reality in this organization. This has been one of the worst organizations I have worked in till date and I hope it will be the last.

9. Do not deliver promises made to customers as well as they do have enough resources
10. Money minded and cheapsters
1. There no cafeteria, there is no proper place to have food. only 10 members can sit in board room we can't sit and have on our place if audit or higher officers are coming then no place to have food we used go near by hotels
2. Only 1 washroom it's for hand wash also always it's queue for waiting food and washroom it's too difficult.
3. No proper KT for CAM they just dump on our head and management doesn't care about you if you are working like donkey they just leave you
4. If we ask any doubts to manager they just say don't know i was surprised and they won't clarify. It's horrible
5. They created new internal application where it's very slow.
6. No proper training for new joiners we should learn self.
I love to work with Verifacts Services and his Culture, Management and Policies of the company
