... any proper structure. No proper communication in between management and teams. Major setback, while joining they will say the salary will be credited by 10th of every month. But apart from the management's few selected employees no one gets salary before 20th of every month. For many it comes after 20th too. Apart from that management does not have proper understanding on any project, they knows how to blame the managers in front of clients just to keep themselves under the roof.

Work time 5 days a week, good work culture

Dislikes

No value for skills, company filled with ametures including seniors. Nothing to learn, even if you give your best still they want more from you, it's very toxic.

Nothing in particular. Management is so much money minded and never value employee's health.

Dislikes

Everything. The management asked employees to come to office during second wave of Covid. Many people got affected with covid due to that. Pathetic.
