D/ Sir/ Madam, Venus Wire is a Brand. Brand create by regular efforts, hard working, innovative ideas & regular improvements. So, these are the pillars of Venus Wire also. Management is good, futuristic, innovative, humble, believe in team work. This creates atmosphere / culture, I am thankful to management. They believe into authorities distribution, which create confidence and self improvements. Plant production team is also supportive. which is directly proportional to sales team. Admin & team, HR, IT very good in nature which means a lot for new candidate. Few oldie need improvements so work can increase in multiple folds.
