So much internal politics, company is for slobber licking of management. There is no value of humble, honest, experienced people. I will suggest to experience people please do not try this company, otherwise your whole career will spoil.

Work freedom, accepting new things, managements Good approch tiwards employes & most important Working as per your Comfort zone. No any burdens stress at workplace.

Dislikes

Need to improve like MNC. Working hours very long period. Atleast Alternate Saturday need to be given off. & ID cards to each employee with designation need to given. Leave policy of employee need to review. After 1 month each emoloyee need to credit 1.5 leave atleast. Probation period person also have leaves for some emmergency. & Induction for every employee new joiner visitors contract should be given.

Salary increment is late but getting with arrease. Staff and worker uniform to be seperate. Old staff not looking for new changes with current situation
