Those who want to move forward with the best experience of politics should spend some time in Venus. You will get to experience the politics that you will not get to learn anywhere else in the word, and from this you can become a good politician or a CM or a PM.

...tter how you perform, no one will notice. Employee performance is not monitored. At the time of increments, everyone gets the same salary increase. (Salary increase is low, but non/slow-working people get the same salary increase as the best performer) If you are to be a relative of HR or Sr.Manager then higher salary increase can happen. The method of upgrading the scale of a very inferior. The grade of a very honest & preforming employee remain the same for 3-4 years, it does not increase time to time. But newcomer are given the next grade by increasing the grade year by year.
