Job security is big Zero, as the company is a typical LALA company and the owner is a patient of Intermittent Explosive Disorder. Fires the employer of any designation in seconds. Therefore, 40-50 interviews taken daily at regular basis. Before the time the employee starts understanding the company and working environment, he gets fired without any justifiable reason.

Dislikes

Owner is suffering from Intermittent Explosive Disorder, hence bursts into anger.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
