people who are in the very early stages are beneficial as you have to do many responsibilities at once.

Dislikes

there is no fix working time as the workload piles up nd up.. also you habe to visit various sites for commissioning. And main issue is its a smalll scale company and people are doing so much politics as if they are in MNC thats why this company is not growing.

Being project based compny, always new things to learn.. scope to explore.. high comfort level during work..

Dislikes

Saturday working (anyway half of the people don’t work on Saturday, they just come and wait untill its 6pm)

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
