people who are in the very early stages are beneficial as you have to do many responsibilities at once.

Dislikes

there is no fix working time as the workload piles up nd up.. also you habe to visit various sites for commissioning. And main issue is its a smalll scale company and people are doing so much politics as if they are in MNC thats why this company is not growing.
