Less Salary, no bonus, no appraisal once in 2 3 yrs , no proper promotion structure, high work pressure, team leads dont have adequate knowledge , nothing to learn from them , leadership is clueless inshort can say it's a lala company

Increment process, no bonus, very slow growth, management think old employees (more than 10 years) only working for company. They r not trust on new employee, they never notice ur hard work. Too strict HR policy, different different policy for new and old employees, Work from home policy only for employee acquisition. U have to work Saturday and holiday also. Software is useless u have to work mannualy or Excel base only.

This company should come out of the variable pay system which is ongoing for more than 20 years... There is no fixed salary for RMS - pathetic ( peer companies are hesitating to pick Rms from Ventura due to this variable pay system)

...increases in this company however company income grown to double in corona time. However, no pay cut or layof happened in corona time and management paid to all employees salary on time. Only problem is a growth of an employee.
