Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I want to workout here because it's a small industry but I learned much more things like CNC and VMC Mechine Operating and Programming, also machine maintenance.By the way I also learned about the quality inspection. I think it is better place for me because if I working in a reputated company there I will be a small part of that company, but here I know about quality, maintenance, production of a company, imoprt and export of components and many more.

No I never dislike when I worked in venkatadri Industries. I just enjoyed my work here because the environment is very good for me. There is no comparison between employees, we all are helped to each other in every work. So I never feel like this.
