Very Worst Company which I had work in my career.. They didn't give any respect to the people.. Atleast They didn't respect our qualification also, If you did BE/Degree/MTech/MBA or Anything else They want you to work like a Labour ( Cleaning the floors like that) Don't waste your valuable time and career.. Believe on me...

Employee benefits are very poor, their is no encouragement of hard working people's....support employee's then only employees supports to company growth and excellence.

It is the good company and good management I was very interesting to worked vnai. 2020 to 2022 , after 2021 joined management staff very poor performance only doing the politics.

Company located in remote villege.very huge distance from my area to location of the company.

It is good organization and managed by highly experienced, Ex shashun MD Mr Abhaya Kumar Jain. One can learn lot of things and challenges in the carrier.

Everything is fine except few things not practically workable in set targeted timelines.
