...ways that is good sometimes it's really bad, 1. Only one month notice period 2. Salary will be credited on time i.e last day of the month 3. For maternity they have 6 months paid leave policy but don't know how they follow that 4. It's a good product, having lot of money from investor they are saying soon they will be profitable (means they will get more clients and you will be having more work) 5. Every Friday they will provide free meal only lunch 6. In cafeteria tea coffee bread Kellogg's and evening some health snacks will be available 7. Both way cab will be provided only for night shifts ( if your shift timings starts from 12-9 means you will get a cab only for drop) if its regular shift means like 9-6 there is no cab 8. Two leaves per month one sick one casual after 1 year 12 days paid leave will be unlocked

Likes

As a new joiner for about a month, have noticed many positive aspect of the company. Great work-life balance, free food, cab, engaging activities like games at work, people friendly, employee first concept, learning opportunities, music playing on floor which makes the environment lively. The company fosters a culture of trust, which we should uphold by maintaining the confidence they have in their employees.
