First of all i recieved call from unknown number then they ask me that i am interested in job or not, then they ask for my salary. At that time i was working under a builder near my house and that was good enough but my salary was too low, so i told them i am interested, and then they ask me for my salary expectation, i say 20000 because i have only 1 year of experience, but they are giving me 25000, which is well and good for me so i accept their offer without knowing much about the company. They take my interview on video call, actually they are not taking interview, interviewer company is different which is client of ven india, in my case l&T is client and ven india is just supplying temporary staff to l&T, Then i am selected in just two days and only on video call interview they give me offer letter, i accept offer because i am excited, They give me office location, which is 5 km from my home, i asked them for site location but they says that site location is given on the day of joining, i am scared that if my location is not in Ahmedabad then what can i do ? They says your location will be 100% in Ahmedabad, On 27th January 2023 it was my first day, i reached at office location, Office of L&T at Ahmedabad, Then they give me site location which is 15 km from my home, And they provide me vehicle, i reached on site, that day was first and last day when i visit office, After that day every day i am working on site, which is 15 km from my home, L&T is giving my salary to ven india And then ven india giving me, Which is totally loss for me, Because l&T pays more than 80000 for me per month and i only got 25000, And also they told me for increment but no increment and no bonus also, I think this is totally waste of time to work in company, My project will be complete in 2 months and after that they will transfer me to some unknown location, i am leaving this job after this project, Very bad experience in this company, Plz guys if you are working in good company and job security then don't come here, totally waste of time. I am traveling with my own bike for job, because company is just provide vehicle from guest house to site, and no petrol allowance also I already mailed about increment and bonus, they give me 1000 rs amazon voucher as a bonus 😂😂 Don't come in this company this company is just contractor and supplying temporary staff to big companies like l&t, tata and mamy more.

Work life balance depend up to your client, i am working 18 hrs per day, No support from ven india, No job security, No paid leaves, No allowances means No food allowance, No fuel allowance, No late night work allowance, Very toxic work culture.

Technical skills, computer knowlwdge, engineering parameters is not required. If you are expert in buttering and polishing, ready to say night as day and day as a night, such skills is mandatory, you are the winner and easily get promoted.

Dislikes

...ck of communication skills, every day you have to talk to a new staff in office. No time limits for work, Sunday also working, national holiday working, no extra Bonus, increment upto 5%. Very very hard work, lot of pressure and unsafe.

Very less salary, no increment or promotion, company culture is so strict so many restrictions, they don't give recognition for your work and they take more work from you and under pay you.
