I got Good friends here. Their presence kept me coming to office daily. And I like the way my team is handled by our head.

Dislikes

Other team heads play with my team members. Especially I took a short vacation which the Sales team head Emmanuel used this opportunity against me. But his real face which is play boy face revealed so soon. If you are not good in your personality and character, then how can you judge others, expecially woman? I heard he married his own team member who is 10 years younger to him for money. he never allowed anybody talk to each other, but he romanced inside office

CEO vision is great and good food lunch and dinner free of cost and also snacks Flexibility in working hours

Dislikes

They are not enthusiastic to do better product they won't store technical documents and no knowledge sharing , no proper planning if bugs available they postpone to next release give that product deliver to customer , then they raise unwanted tickets. managers are worst and partial baised on promotions and hikes 80% testing is still in manual, do not except to join better growth experience people not recommended.

You will be treated like a junior college student. Even you work hard independantly and dedicate your whole life and health.. at the end you will be treated like a trash. Other favorite employees who are in same situation as you will get good treatment. Cannot expect any humanly help from the management.

Sometimes work-life balance little bit difficult since you have the resposiblities
