Very Less increment. No bonus. Salary is peanuts but expectation is very high. south india lobby domination. 12 hour working but no OT payment. treat worker and staff the same. Very old style working. like lala company.

All managing staff is dishonest.They do to only politics.They are behaviour for new employee is very cruel There is no support for any work and any situation. only Target his wrong. If you are to ill . There will no any person support hilm. If you are saying not feeling well. you are criminal. Me and my family was suffering from dengue virus fever. and I was on leave approx 30 days. When I came to call to joining for plant and I reached in office Then HR and production manager have to said you wait reception. I wait one day then HR say that you will come tomorrow and should medical fitness certificate. I maked medical certificate and I went to carry medical certificate and medical report.and medical report and certificate gave to HR department. HR said that you wait. I am waiting again ask to HR That I can join. They spoken at evening that you was 30 days on leave. so You gave resign.

All policy is very bad. I will give suggestion That don't joint this company at Pune. pure Lala company.

Management has low trust on new employees. Few old employees drive all decisions. Decisions are changes very quickly without looking for their implications. Working hours is another concern. Min 10 hrs are compulsory. And many weekends are also consumed. So no work life balance
