Only flexibility is they never force you to come to office and work. Whereever you work from, they only see if you are perfectly good doing the work alloted.

Job security is too low. If they are terminating no notice period and compensation will be given

I have joined veltris through campus placement as an intern now i have completed my 1 and half year at veltris and 1 year as a Trainee. In my first three quaters Veltris has recognised my hardwork ,contribution in the projects also Awarded top most award of veltris. This made me fruitful boostup to my carrer

...pare you for a small mistake also she will inform your team manager to fire you. And guys they won't pay you salary I don't know what is the status now it is a unstable and unpredictable organisation I suggest not to waste your time. I wasted my time behind this organization.
