I got selected from campus placement. I had offer from TCS but joined Veloxcore instead because the way Vinit and other have interacted with me. it made me feel very secure about my future. My overall growth in this company is tremendous, be it technical or soft skills. Veloxcore has great learning culture and they try every new technology to understand where it can be used. This learning culture made me learn two or three times faster than my friends who joined these big IT companies. after just 3 years of experience I can beat a 5-6 years experience guy in interview easily.

Dislikes

nothing specific but sometime open office layout is bit distracting, although management have taken note of this and multiple conference room are available.

Company has a very nice environment, all the seniors are very helpful. Company gives you various opportunities. The seniors will always guide you. The cultural committee always comes up with new ideas and events to make the company employees happy. The company puts various efforts for the employees to learn new technologies and gain experience. The work hours are also flexible.

Even on the topics I thought I know everything they proved me wrong and enhanced my knowledge. - Respectful culture where foolish questions are not tortured. You can speak your mind without giving a second thought. - Flat hierarchy structure gives you total control over your journey within the company. - Continues learning and continues feedback is moto here. You can give your honest feedback even to the CEO without hesitation and they will take it constructively only. - Regular in-depth technology sessions. - Azure cloud credits on monthly basis to learn and explore by yourself. - Flexible work hours - Cultural activities.

Veloxcore follow proper scrum and agile methodologies, have a inhouse certified Scrum master to help with that. By weekly technical sessions by expert in technology. Truly flexible timing, you can work from anywhere at whatever time. They don't have a single desktop, all employees get laptop and a high end configuration. You get to explore Azure with monthly credits. And coffee, better than baristas.

Dislikes

Table tennis can use some extra room. Other than that nothing to complain about.
