Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Velox switch gears is manufacturer and exporter of miniature circuit breaker,distribution boxes, elcb,energy Meter,PVC tape,PVC wire and cables,led and many electrical accessories. For a long period I am associated with this company because I have learnt huge experience in this company from our Senior and Junior staff in a friendly atmosphere. In this company every staff has independence to share his/her valuable opinion and knowledge in R&D to improve the quality of any product.Here our teammates are very helpful.Company also take care of every individual staff and provides facility's for more talented and hard Worked employees. Our company's manufacturing unit is udyog kendra ext 1,greater noida.

In this company the work pressure is very high.many times I have to work for 12 to 14 hours in a day but it is not a huge factor .main things here that growth is slow.
