Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. High-quality product and has a various client. As a result, we have got various knowagle of work in my filed. Another plus point is that my colleagues is very helpful and work happily in collaboration.

Compention is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Boss do not value an individuals unique streghts which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but the they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals
