Strict timings 8.30 to 5PM. If you are late even 5 seconds to login time by 8.30 your salary will be gone for that day. No appraisals

Job security as they provide very little salary. Only benifit is that they give you good tea everything else is worst in this compnay

Management is not supportive. No increments or benefits. Backstabbing by superior management. Employees not happier by management decisions. No maintenance works on equipments but profits are expected.

Worst experience I never see in my career and even I never heard.... Please contact with people who are already working there for confirmation about new joines.

There is no job security and growth is nil ,salary appraisals never happens and lot of politics and innovation has no importance and work culture is very very worst because of management treatment towards staff.
