It was very good experience gained by me working overthere in Veljan Denison Ltd. All the products produced by the company are having very good technology and most important to use in several machines. The company has more beautiful future if the management takes good decisions towards employees as well as company's business. Decisions should be in positive way. Employees should be given regular benefits against the works done. When employees are happy, then whole company will be happy. Employees blessings will be there as fragrance showers on the company when all are satisfied in their professional life as well as personal life. I have positiveness towards the company. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
