...era, Radysis and work in their office as a contractor. Salary is from Velankani. About promotions, the salary hike is around ~5% per year, which isn't great. If you are a desparate fresher and don't have any other offer, then only join this company but try to switch after 1 year.

There is nothing Significant except the campus

Dislikes

Significant layoffs, justified by so called lack of projects yet the company hires adding to instability. No project visibility or forecasting on place. Knowledge transfer is pathetic and lack of transperency. wouldn't recommend to anyone

You can see clear distinction between superior and subordinates. People likes to work in groups but not in team. And in office it feels like someone died. No casual talk
