This early departure impacts overall productivity and well being of the respective employees. - The company becomes very professional and enforces strict policy on the notice period requirements, if an employee intend to join their next organization just after serving only one month of their two month's (on an appointment letter) of the notice period, the company with holds their last clearance check, regardless of their contribution and hard efforts put to tackle the difficulties in serving the employment there in the company.
