...ing hours. Some times it's from 7.30 am to 10 pm. They won't give any extra pay. Try to reduce maximum amount from our salary. Very high gender discrimination among male and female students. They can't even speak each other which is violation of this management great culture. Both female and male teachers can't go outside together, can't drink a coffee together which creates bad impression to this management. There are lot wanna say.But it's not ideal..

If you dont like spending time with your family and dont care of your work life balance, dont care about being yelled at in front of your students and colleagues and parents, then its a good place to work at.

Inspite of continuous follow up on increment they never bothered to increase so left the job. If you don't feel to be treated respectful then please join this job

Learning new skills through workshop, Meeting many teachers during workshops and share the ideas.

I willnot blame at the institution, showing partiality towards teachers and their class .the information informed by the management, is not informed to teachers in prior.

I don't think I dislike anything.... this is my third time that I opted to work only with velammal vidyalaya...the management offered me job when I needed most
