The work life balance is a myth in this organisation. They keep giving useless, unproductive and exhausting tasks one after another. One major thing is entire tamil staff gangs up on non tamil faculty and make the work environment too toxic to work.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

No proper working hours. Some times it's from 7.30 am to 10 pm. They won't give any extra pay. Try to reduce maximum amount from our salary. Very high gender discrimination among male and female students. They can't even speak each other which is violation of this management great culture.
