...ing hours. Some times it's from 7.30 am to 10 pm. They won't give any extra pay. Try to reduce maximum amount from our salary. Very high gender discrimination among male and female students. They can't even speak each other which is violation of this management great culture. Both female and male teachers can't go outside together, can't drink a coffee together which creates bad impression to this management. There are lot wanna say.But it's not ideal..

If you dont like spending time with your family and dont care of your work life balance, dont care about being yelled at in front of your students and colleagues and parents, then its a good place to work at.

I found job satisfaction, confidence,source of knowledge, development in computer skills,pride, guidance for future plan, commitment,perfection, frienlyness everything only in velammal paruthipet.

I willnot blame at the institution, showing partiality towards teachers and their class .the information informed by the management, is not informed to teachers in prior.
