Once you get in, it is not only hard to work. It's hard come out too. All 8 hours you need to work. Not enough man power. It is really hard to come out. They will not allow you to resign. If you resign for some personal problems also, they will give not back your original certificates. They will be keep on amending all policies. No one is professional.

There is nothing to like about velammal. It's the worst school I ever worked.

Dislikes

The cao is micromanaging everything. The principal is not having any authority and you will never get an answer to your query. The subject matter expert doesn't know how to take a class. All their senior post is filled with people worked there for a long time and because of that they don't have any knowledge about outside system. I find the teachers doesnt want to work. They just do their writing work and real teaching is not happening in classroom. Even after corona they are paying 60 to 70 % only. Even for government holidays you will need the confirmation from cao.
