...ent and culture..Team mates are so supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... will be a lot of politics everywhere but management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of certain years before which you cannot resign.

...re too high, job satisfaction is the fruit that we relish at the end of the day.If we produce desired results of the management, it will not hesitate to pay high or we also can demand for better pay. This will be considered only if approach them with credentials(BEST RESULTS)

The complete teaching and learning culture gets ruined by some crooked and narrow minded colleagues.

I felt lucky to work there.working environment is to good,they provide 100% job security,appraisal are better when compared to other institution.they provided school vehicles to travel no charges applied for that, they always encourage our efforts & innovation make by us,somewhat stress to balance our worklife

Dislikes

Their academic planning are not standard one,it may change according to current status.they get more work from teachers(worksheets,innovative materials related to sub)but it'll not reach to students hand.

Initially the culture was good and seems to be a family. I like that situation if environment. Learn and do method.open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Dislikes

The work pressure is too high. Too many heads and they are not having any unity too difficult to work under that situaton. No humanity soul is seen.
