Salary was the major issue. In the name of Covid pandemic, all the employees received 50% of our monthly salary for about 24 months and still continuing the same. Before pandemic there were no salary issues. During pandemic employees concerns were completely ignored. If that alone changes , Velammal is a wonderful place to work.

Likes

I worked in the Admission process of the student and the administration work of an employees of Human resource, Admission and the collection of fees etc; and they will give us the fee concession for our child academics

Dislikes

Administration department need more training and development in the job role is essential
