I liked very much. Hospital Responsibly Run by Efficient and Capable Managing Director who is an admirable Gynecologist & Obstetrician. A Good Management. However, Work Culture and Policies require serious review and reorganization as they are totally lacking. Job security is a question mark for senior management level professionals

Dislikes

Responsibility, Independence and Powers are not given to the senior official who holds a higher Responsible position in senior management level to carry out his duties independently and freely without Interference. Multifaceted reporting system in existence which is not good for both the official and the Hospital Top Management. Prime Interference noticed from all family level people from within the family of Hospital Managing Director which confuses the senior management decision maker to initiate required action in day to day administration and operations as warranted when in need always daily.
