This place feels like a family. Everyone's hardworking, and have a helping nature, management is transparent. You get to learn a lot from your peers. No wonder the attrition rate is very low. There's flexibility and good work-life balance. You won't see people taking leaves just to get away from work, they're all here because they love the work and the perks that come with it.

Dislikes

One can complain very less when there's nothing to dislike. A hybrid WFH-office arrangement is missing even though you get 2 days a month for wfh as part of the benefits. Management could also have more non-work related activities among colleagues as well.
