... past as within 2-3 Months of Time.Upper Management is Very Harassing in Nature. Worst Pay Master. No.one from the Pet industry wants to join them due to Job insecurity. So now they want to take some one from the Pharma industry again for only next 2-3 Months. So Be careful and take proper market feedback before joining.Don't expect long time working at here.

Poor HR policies, Poor salary benefits, Poor appraisals, Poor work culture, Poor company culture, No job security, Management uses favouritism in day to day work and no value of the meritocratic employees. The company wants poorly skilled, less knowledgeable employees so that they can ask them just stenographer jobs.

Everything 1. Poor HR management 2. No CSR activities 3. If you late 10 min reach company they cutting your salary but if you work there after timing you didnt get + salary. 4. No management. 5. Dont expect anything from company. 6. HR like small child. 7. Dont join this organization, no worth. 8. HR asking employees to share fake review in ambitionbox but No one interested to give reviews.

It was declared a paid holiday for the Maharashtra Elections 2024, and all corporate offices were instructed to close for voting as per government rules. However, Veko Care remained open, allegedly due to the HR department ignoring these directives. The HR team seems to believe Veko Care is exempt from these rules, showing selfishness and disregard for employees' rights. For job seekers: Before joining, talk to current employees to understand the work environment. While the owners are great, the HR and admin management are frustrating. Can the District Collector and Election Officer take action against the HR Team under the Representation of the People Act (*RP ACT ), 1951 for this non-compliance?
