Perks are less. Being in the CyberSecurity industry, you expect great salary packages, but that is not the case here. Though their product competes against some major cybersecurity players globally, but not in terms of salary packages. Company Events and outings are less. Every fun initiative is ceased, stating they are misused, and now they don't try to bring up any new fun initiatives. Feels like a school punishment. For a company of this level with a great mindset to be a major player globally, these petty things can be ignored.

If you are an a below average guy/gal and want a government job in corporate world, then it is the right place. Otherwise look for another job.

Dislikes

...d skill and knowledge as the company looks for cheap labour not skilled labours. If you are very skilled also and they agree to pay you good compensation, you will start degrading after joining because they dont have any good projects or standard development practices.

The company is growing, hence the work environment is quite dynamic. Approachable seniors, and friendly management.

Dislikes

Learning opportunities are less compared to other sectors. Salary is not always very competitive. Work-life balance is not the best, flexibility is less.

Low salary, way below market standards. They don't have comp off for Saturdays, only for Sundays. And the management force employees to work on Saturdays and not on Sundays. Implementation team is the worst. No documentation of legacy applications and people expect you to provide support to that. They called back employees in office during all the covid waves because management could't trust the employees. The senior 'managers' only know how to micromanage and has no technical proficiency at all. The accounts department has a weird way of calculating your salary and always pay 100-200 rs less from the already small package. The whole organization is a career graveyard for someone who aspires to learn and work on latest technologies.

What I appreciate about working at Vehere is the continuous exposure to cutting-edge cybersecurity technologies and diverse customer environments. The role offers extensive learning opportunities through hands-on experience with various network security implementations. The technical complexity of our solutions and the problem-solving aspects of customer success are intellectually stimulating, though admittedly demanding. Working with enterprise customers has helped develop strong troubleshooting and communication skills, which are valuable for career growth.

I believe there's room for improvement in workload management and compensation structure to better align with industry standards and the level of expertise required for the role.
