New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ing to tell bcz the management will never ans u whatever you ask them qsn them.. they r just like an showpiece when h ask them about your salary ur benefits ur increment they even dont pick your call never reply your mails and msgs.

... is terrible. They dont ans your mails msgs even they won’t pick ur call also. Every month they delay in salary credit every month they had some internal issues when u ask them about salary credit. And main thing is that vegazva deducted some amount from your CTC as bonus but they will not gonna pay that amount at all. In my 2 yrs jn vegazva my 40k wast deducted but till now i dont get 1rs from my deducted bonus. ANYONE BEFORE JOINING VEGAZVA THINK TWICE.

They are fake.... They will use your work and at the time of resign you will got ur salary after one month later after complete your notice period. And for experience letter and salary slip they are not giving to the employees. They will do working with client with extender hours and no overtime you will got in mind koryaku
