Working on already designed systems, AutoCAD to 3d cad conversation using inventor and again drawing preparation, salary only u will get, no other benefits......

Much knowledge of the material handling systems with good relation to every customer in India and Abroad. Salary Appraisals are bit unsatisfying.

You got to get an exposure to some of very big clients like Amazon, Flipkart, Amul, Reliance, Jaquar etc. and opportunity to work with them.

You will always be treated as a Vendor company. Company is new so there are some processes which are to be established and you feel stuck-up.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 year before which you cannot resign, On the job training is not given to new joiners, and last but least warast politics in Vega conveyors and Automation Ltd
