...s going downhill and the pressure will be on you to do regular weekend work. And there is no background verification so Laterals with 6months and 1 year experience are posing as 2 or 3 years experience and getting more salary than people who are working there for 5 or 6 years. Many of these Laterals don't even know the basic denials Salary u can ask Fake experience of 2 years 30k inland Fake experience of 3 years 36 k The highest salary they offer for senior ar is 39 k. .all said there are some truly talented people that are working there because of which the company is still sustained. But the management is shit.

As I releaved from the company voluntarily 2 yrs back ...still i dint get my relieving letter and also I paid 40000 as agreement ..is not at all fair from my side...okay atleast after paying the said amount they sld have given my reliving letter rite ...but no response from the respective person

The salary is very low for freshers.. And they won't provide free cab.. And if ur house is above 25kms from the company, they even won't provide paid cab facility, they will drop you at some place and you have go from the to the home..
