...e Tech during this covid situation. You mentioned that job security is your USP. But as employee I know how many people you moved to sabbatical and salary was reduced and paid only for 10 days. Next, you said company focused towards employee. If it is true, why you are employees are resigning and company is posting lot of vacancies in job portal, fb, linkedin. I understand you have to polish the company negative side because you are getting salary. But try to be open about the things happening there. Dont try to cover up things. And there is no free food which you mentioned

The company is open for fresher and managers. Not for developers. If you are the learner and you need learning on particular domain. Prefer this company.

Work pressure, less time line, Saturday week-off : For the name only it is. Salary hike - Do you know the story of tortoise?. Managers and Team leader only happy to be in the organization. Because they carefully traveling by the back bone of hard working developers. No public holidays apart from Diwali and Pongal

It's very nice and learning company for all the employees mostly freshers, one good think is salary on time, some facilities are available, team and team leader was good

Work from home not give if any emergency situation it's very bad think that process are too late

...ure in vee technologies make us feel like we are robots and not humans any more. 12+ working hours a day for more than 3-4 months, no work life balance, not enough salary for what you do, mandatory working both Saturday and Sunday for the entire month which happens every month, we don't even get over time money even we work 30 days a month, worst HR management where in no person is available to listen to out concerns and additionally if we raise a point for the betterment of work culture we will be "cornered, pointed out unnecessarily, shouted at times for no reasons". There are so many other points which i couldn't share because it will not be professional. I would not recommend any one to work in this hyderabad location. i hope other locations would be better than hyderabad

Good Appraisal 14-20% is given every year based on the performance. If requirement is needed, you got opportunity to work on different projects. If you're well skilled knowledgeable person, you're in comfort zone. Job security is at the peak.

...small cultural events and tour arrangements. there is no other outside of work. Saturday is default working day with pay.
