Poor salary.(Not sufficient salary, No medical claim, No insurance, no proper incentive, if we want increment then we have work like a slave untill 12 hours above that too very fast and accurate in abnormal like robat) No Work life balence.(They Maintain staff very limited, As per them they have to optimum utilisation of staff, So work burden is heavy minimum work hours will be 9 to 12 hours some times we have do more working hours) Sunaday workings.(Every last Sunday is working day, they says that you can take this leave for next month first week off. But they not provide that leave when we needed and depends on their decision. if we not taken they says that leave was expired) Taxic Behaviour.(from directors to manager this people targeting who has financial condition is very poor, who has lack of skills, who has career gap and searching for other weeknesses. But they says that we provide life to you infact yes they provide life but they make them as slave for their company) Labour exploitation.(No over time wage payments. Limited salary with additional working hours, No proper conveyance/They cutoff the conveyance and even though paid leave also not provide properly and try to negotiate) Discrimination(All people should follow the Mumbai calender that calender also not provide they decide when they provide leave and they not give respect to other state festivals, As per them that is regional festival so leave can't provide even though that festival has state govt holiday. As per them Mumbai is working Mumbai is our head office so we should work) Providing the work heavy and try to force finish work with in time infact that is not with in shart period and they wants provide additional work(As per them they want utilise people in optimum level, They don't think about employees health condition and Etc. They want to pressure the employee and do more and more work after completion of working hours they starts negotiation to do more and more work) Promises and assurences: they provide you fake promises and assurences like. I will support you and I will provide you raise with in 6 months. Like that we have listen carefully what he is saying while promise. He says that if your performance is good we will provide increment. Even though your performance is great they can't provide increment they passing the time. While joining of job they assure we have to provide assistance but they not provide proper assistance and there is no proper training session. They have to learn things with in 7 days. And blaming employee without any exploitation about his mistake and without proper guidance to how to complete that task. Increments: This company increments is very funny. They not provide increment until we ask even though we are performing well. The company expectations also high. So can't achieve. If we have to achieve some luck factor should be there. I worked day and night for 2 years without proper rest and food. There is no proper time to take food. Morning 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM sometimes it will be 10 :30(actually office hours is 10:30 to 7:30) but we are working different because we are working late nights so late for work at morning. Without any friends and family. Even though I attended my sister marriage like a guest by taking of 3 to 4 days leave. That too due month end they not provide leave after completion of month(work) they provided 3 to 4 days.(This leaves included my previous working Sunday leaves actually they said expired but I not accepted for that. so they provided 2 Sunday leaves 1 paid and they cut salary for one day) After 2 years I got total 3 increments first increment by promotion of TL actually no one ready to take TL because we have to work day and night like slave. We have bear Unnecessary blames from manager, no free time and no friends, relatives and happiness.Even though 5 experienced peoples also there but not take TL because they know this all things. I have 9 months experience as business analyst. but they offer me TL because they need immediately. No intrested to TL even though freshers also not accepting that salary. 16,500 as take home salary and working hours are more. I know the struggle but I take as challenge I accept that offer. I got secunderabad increment after one year by working of day and night along with late nights and lot of insults and blames from manager. After I try to resigned my job because they are treating me as slave. Without my mistake they are blaming and i felt this job is useless. Other company not taking me as experienced one. They try to take as fresher. So resigned on that time. My another colleague also resigned that job. On that time. They have 2 TLs both are resigned so they started negotiating me to withdraw my resignation. I put some conditions like I need shart notice. Manager replied yes I do. But I don't trust them. I didn't have work life balence what I do? Manager replied work accordingly standard hours. What about leaves he provided 7 days leave for one time. After my colleague joined as TL actually he is senior person he also resigned with in 2 weeks so I got 3rd increment it's purely luck factor. Increments are not easy after 2 years my salary is 22 k and proving allowance of Rs.8 per report based total branch billing. So I don't want to work again in this company. But I got wonderfull experience by their toxic behaviour and etc.

U can relax sometimes due to field work...good for getting experience in credit field.

Dislikes

Low salary ..... Worst management....low conveyance amount and long distance field visits (sometimes outside district)....company is always looking for reasons to cut money from your salary and conveyance !

... place to work. They make u sit till 8:30- 9 pm almost everyday. No paid leaves. If we want leave even for emergency, they won't give and use cheap tantrums like ur 3 days salary will be cut if u won't come. At the start we all are at probation period for 6 months and they say after 6 months u will get permanent and ur salary will also increase but they won't do. And in probation period we don't have any proof of employment as they don't give salary slip and also they w9nt give appointment letter at the time of joining and we would be getting that at the time of becoming permanent. And also joining date would be mentioned when we get permanent. And moreover they won't issue experience letters to temporary employees. And after a couple of years they will torture you to resign as they don't want to increase salary of employees.. And so much pressure giving especially that Sr Manager. He is the worst manager. Everyone in the company leave or abscond because of him only. He doesn't value hard working employees. He likes to torture his employees. I would like to say remove him and it would be a nice place to work.

Good place for those who want to work in credit field.

Dislikes

...it and do field work. They always threaten you they will find another person. Company reimburses transportation expeneses after 1 month and pay least amount possible as travel expenses. There is no career growth no financial growth They only pay last 13000 ctc No promotion no benefits
