Dislikes

- Low salary 10-12k for fresher - Poor salary hikes. Employees had worked 3 - 4 + years in this department and their salary was max 26k /month, what a joke. - Service department is basically a call center, most of the times you have to provide solutions via video or audio calls and man that is so frustrating. What's more frustrating is technical staff doing invoicing and quotation work, its botched up. Service Tours typically lasts about 15-20 days within country and can be any states. - Company will not provide you any overtimes when you go on 15-20 day service tours. - Also company will not hire you in "veer electronics" directly, they will hire you under another small company. - No proper salary slips. - You have to ask for joining letter otherwise they don't provide you. - Company's policies are quite exploitative to employees - Interdepartmental clashes

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
