Salary faurd on paper 20k in hand just 10k rest 10k black money they demanded cash in return diwali bonus they force you to sing on paper that they give to you but in reality they didn't give you any kind of benefits they terminate without any reason

...areer of young generation. They never follow any rule & regulations of the Govt. made for employees and always try to avoid giving benefits to the employees like bonus, PF and increment etc. If any employee ask for benefits, is kicked out by the company's owner.

1. Increment hota hai Na ke barabar 2. Camera check karne ke liye ek person rakha hai jisko 25000 dete hai jo bus ye dekhega ki log proper dress main hai yaa nhi, ladkiyo ke hair open hai ya rubber band se band hai, abe school hai ya office… 3. Sabse badi baat MD ko kuch pta hai bhi ya nhi , yehi nhi pata , Google sheet pe work flow dekh ke khush ho jate hai , wah very good , Thk baat hai , badiya baat hai bus yehi sunna hota hai… 4. Company ki sabse badi Anmol chiz hoti hai , Old staff , experience person, yaha sabse pahle unhe hi Job se nikalte hai , kahe ka offfice, Sale going down by down every day 5. And last , major thing for a company, Company ka Jo Sabse bada Minus point hai wo unki Marketing ka na hona, Itni Purani firm hone ke baad bhi all marketing staff in new person , How is possible, to kaise target achieve karegi, 25000 crore Ka Sapna, mujhe lagta hai Sapna to sapne main pura hoga….
