Very less salary and the salary is on daily wages the amount for tour manager is 800 per day that also 10% TDS is cut Very slow growth The Tour manager who are the company's puppet gets to be a Tm Company also tells there are not much profit But the company is earning way more profit And the staff gets very low salary and the salary has not increased since 3 years The workload is also way more The TMs always does ragging of Assistant tour managers

Work culture- Work culture is good. Location - It is 5 mints walk from Railway station.

...ng their personal work if you are gossip hound then you can expect appraisal. Salary - This company is not at all a good Payer. There is a lot work pressure but you won't get paid accordingly. You might get hike in the range of 2-3k yearly. Leaves- You work in travel company but you won't be able to plan any vacation with your family and friends. As there is always a season or off season offers launching. Even if you have ample leaves with you, still you won't be able to utilise the same. Working days- Monday - Saturday (In offer months you have to work on Sundays too)

They are being good and supportive as we don't have business yet they are giving us nominal amount as salary for our expenses and even now the work starts a bit and everyone is getting work.

There is anything as such only because of situation sometimes we are unable to reach out to seniors for work or anything related.

...good books (in short be their Chamcha) Then their is 100% hope of Appraisal. Salary: THIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD PAYER. In spite of too much work. You can expect to get a hike of 2-4k yearly. Leaves: You work in travel industry but you yourself cannot plan a vacation with you and your family and friends. You can get 2 leaves per month. Even if you have ample of leaves in your pocket, still you won't be able to avail them as there are always season and off season offers coming up. The Hr will randomly drop a message mentioning that from next week we will be working for Sundays Too. Here you cannot en cash your leaves, so if you haven't utilize your leaves by year end, then all the leaves get lapse.

...ught me how to be calm and be patient in no matter what situation comes ahead. The team tour managers is kept on contract basis and no pay rolls which is a backdraw personally but can be adjusted . We are paid handsomely for the chores that we do ,with yearly appraisals of some or the other kind. If one wishes to be a family person who wants to meet family members everyday after work, then tour managers isnt the right position for you. The balance between family and job has to adjusted in here. No doubt, this field that i have chosen has helped me a lot as we have been facing situations practially and going around different states every month which has immensely helped me get matured at an early age.

Dislikes

Well, there are a certain things like i dont get much of personal time for my family or friends. When i say that, i dont mean that they dont allow me to be with my family. But job schedules are such that i have to be away from them on occasions. Secondly, we work on contract basis so there’s always a kind of worry inside us that we can be kicked off anytime.
