Pros: Office Location: It is just 5 mints walk from Railway Station. Work Culture: Work Culture is good.

Cons: Promotion: Do not expect that your hard work and sincerity will open doors for Promotion or Appraisal. Instead you need to work towards having good relation with your managers and seniors. Do their Personal work. Be a Gossip Hound, be in their good books (in short be their Chamcha) Then their is 100% hope of Appraisal. Salary: THIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD PAYER. In spite of too much work. You can expect to get a hike of 2-4k yearly. Leaves: You work in travel industry but you yourself cannot plan a vacation with you and your family and friends. You can get 2 leaves per month. Even if you have ample of leaves in your pocket, still you won't be able to avail them as there are always season and off season offers coming up. The Hr will randomly drop a message mentioning that from next week we will be working for Sundays Too. If you are doing their personal work if you are gossip hound then you can expect appraisal. Salary - This company is not at all a good Payer. There is a lot work pressure but you won't get paid accordingly. You might get hike in the range of 2-3k yearly.
