There products are good in quality.

Dislikes

To work here is better to leave the country. That much terrible to work. They're buliding the brand. But, to build a brand to top level definitely there's hardwork of employees. Here they never mind employees. The management think they are the king makers of footwear market. No leadership team 👎 I escaped in correct time

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
