This is typical lala company, too much under cutting products and everything known to the seniors still they won’t take any step. Company needs just sales nothing else and i very well know that in sales numbers only matters but still they has no other things to be asked except numbers.. either employee is dying still they need only number. Partiality is too much you can’t even understand. One sales person has claim to give at any price and other sales person has to sell at full rate .. Too much under cutting No systematic way TYPICAL LALA COMPANY.........

Work culture is great and good life balance salary are on time and Seniors has alot patience and communicative

Dislikes

Dont provide much tada and on travel hotel limits is low as compare to current hotel rate so travelling may be a challenge

Local team manager uses abusive language towards family & senior management doesn't address the issue. Everything depends on the area boss & his behaviour towards one.
