Being a growing company, opportunity to grow here is better than in MNCs. It is comparatively quicker to rise in ranks if a person is able to showcase skills and prove himself worthy of the same here rather than in MNCs. It is a growing organisation, so culture is totally depended on the people joining the company and driving the decision making process. Work culture is fast paced and being here for 2+ years, I have closely observed the changes the company is going through in terms of work culture. People are working towards making it more employee friendly at the same time to strengthen certain aspects of administration to make sure everyone from top to bottom in the hierarchy enjoys similar privileges. Still there is a long way to make it a better place to work but if you are ambitious enough you can be part of that change itself.

Dislikes

Although company is working on making organisation level decision making process a more decentralised one, it is still work in progress. I know this currently causes certain issues but current management is taking conscious efforts to change this. Once this is achieved, this organisation will certainly become one of the best places to work at and hoping for the same.

Employee policies are very strict like wfh is not allowed and they keep changing policies making it more and more strict regarding leaves and wfh

1. Company has the worst exit policy and harasses almost every employee who has tried to leave and join any other organization. 2. Working hours are not well defined and depending on projects they extend beyond 10-12hrs/day and the OT hours are not compensated. 3. Company is run by a closed group of friends and family circle, which leads to ego traps. Stepping a wrong foot on any such figure in the company can lead to loss of job or complications in the work for that employee no matter what their performance so far has been. 4. There is no dedicated employee development/training program.

A slide since the joining date! These guys are unprofessional when it comes to payments. Never on time and delays payments for their personal gain. Invoices are held for months. Escalations dont get anywhere. Accounts team is the worst by far. I would not recommend working for them
